Designer and Illustrator

About the role:

We are looking for high quality designers. At Electron, we are creating a new brand from scratch. It's called Froot. We are going to create logos, mascots, everything. Branding, graphics, story telling, and lot's of videos and images.

Compensation:

12-18 LPA or whatever is the right compensation for the best people.

HSR, Bangalore (India)

Requirements:


You love design/illustrations

~2 years of experience working in design

Ability to tell a story - not just with one standalone picture, but a series of them.

Abilitity to create characters that have personalities. For example https://www.osmocon.com/ , https://x.com/JumperExchange , Pepe memes, etc

Previous Experience with companies and startups is important. Web3 experience is really amazing

If we decide to work together, you would be key team member.

You have ideally designed graphics for D2C, SAAS or Fintech company before.

Well-versed with Figma & Adobe tools especially illustrator and photoshop. Experience with Animations and Videos will be a plus. Knowledge of Blender and 3D is plus.

Familiarity with blockchain Web3 design

Strong portfolio showcasing diverse design work including branding digital design and motion graphics

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and motion design tools

Exceptional ability to think outside the box and translate abstract ideas into compelling visuals

Comfortable iterating on designs based on feedback and changing project scopes

Strong interpersonal skills to work with cross-functional teams like marketing, tech, and product

Ability to present and explain design concepts clearly

Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Ensure consistency in design across all touchpoints

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to brainstorm and execute creative concepts

Maintain proficiency in design tools like Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
