Founding Frontend Engineer

About the role:

At Electron, we're reimagining multi-chain interoperability from the ground up. Our mission is to enable fast and inexpensive bridging between different chains. As a frontend engineer, you'll be building the primary interface for users interacting with our bridge.

You'll work closely with protocol engineers, product designers, and growth to translate protocol into user experience. Expect to ship fast, own large product surfaces, and help define best practices for Web3 UX.

Compensation:

25-35 LPA + ESOPs (No bar for exceptional candidates)

Location:

HSR, Bangalore (India)

Requirements:

• Prior experience working on Web3 applications (wallet integrations, dApps, ethers.js/viem, etc.)

• Deep understanding of performance, UX, and responsive design

• Comfort navigating product ambiguity and making architectural decisions

• Nice to have experience with Next.js, Tailwind, or Framer Motion
